This policy covers player registration fees paid to the Namakkal Turf Premier League ("NTPL"), run by Dream Makers [owner to confirm legal entity name]. The owner must confirm every item in [brackets] before publishing.

1. Cancellation by the player

• Up to [X] days before the registration deadline: full refund, minus payment gateway charges of [X]% / [₹ amount].
• After that, but before the player auction, draft or team allocation: [X]% refund.
• After team allocation or the fixtures are published: no refund. [Confirm, or allow a transfer to a replacement player approved by the organisers.]
• To cancel, email namakkalturfpremierleague@gmail.com from your registered email (or call +91 95006 58005) with your name, registered phone, season and payment reference.

2. Rejected or unsuccessful registrations

• If we cannot accept your registration (for example, the season is full, you are not eligible, or verification is not completed for reasons outside your control), you get a full refund.
• If the registration is cancelled because of false information, someone else's ID or photo, or a serious breach of the Terms or league rules, [no refund / a refund of [X]%].

3. Cancellation or changes by NTPL

• If the whole season is cancelled by NTPL: full refund. [Or: option to carry the fee forward to the next season.]
• If matches are postponed, shortened or moved because of weather, venue or safety, the season continues and fees are not refunded. [Confirm.]

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was debited but the registration did not go through, it will be refunded in full once we have checked it. Send us the transaction ID or UTR.

5. How and when refunds are paid

• We review refund requests within [X] working days.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank) through Razorpay or the bank. They usually arrive within [5–7] working days of approval; your bank may take longer.
• Payments made directly by UPI are refunded to the same UPI ID or bank account.

6. Non-refundable items
