These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website of the Namakkal Turf Premier League ("NTPL", "we", "us"), which is run by Dream Makers [owner to confirm legal entity name], and to player registration and payment of registration fees through it. By creating an account or registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Players must be at least [12] years old on [date]. Players under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for them.
• One account is for one player. Each phone number and email can be used for one account only.
• A player can register only once per season. Team allocation (auction, draft or selection) follows the league's rules for that season.

2. Your account and information

• Your information must be true, complete and your own. Do not register for someone else or impersonate anyone.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or cancel a registration that breaks these Terms or the league rules, or that uses false information or someone else's ID or photo.

3. Identity and photo verification

• We verify identity through DigiLocker with your consent. We do not ask for or store your full Aadhaar number.
• Your player photo is compared with your ID photo. A photo that fails verification may be rejected; you can upload a new one. Only verified photos are shown publicly.

4. Registration fee and payment

• The registration fee for each season is shown on the registration page (currently [₹ amount] for [Season]). It is charged in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay) or by UPI. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• A registration is confirmed only after the payment is received and checked. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Conduct, fitness and safety

• Players must follow the league rules, the umpires' and organisers' decisions, and the rules of Strikers Arena.
• You take part at your own risk and confirm you are fit to play. Wear suitable protective gear. As far as the law allows, NTPL is not liable for injury, loss or damage, except where caused by our own negligence.
• Abuse, discrimination, violence, match-fixing or betting can lead to disqualification without a refund.

6. Photos, video and live streaming

Matches may be photographed, filmed, streamed live (for example on YouTube) and scored on CricHeroes. By registering you agree that NTPL can use your name, verified photo, match footage and statistics for league purposes and promotion. [Describe any opt-out here.]

7. Schedule changes

Dates, venue, format and fixtures may change because of weather, availability or safety. We will announce changes on this site and our official social channels.

8. Intellectual property

The NTPL name, logo and content on this site belong to NTPL or their owners. Do not use them without permission. Sponsor names and logos belong to the sponsors.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page, with its date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at [Namakkal, Tamil Nadu].
